Each of the presentations below are 45 minutes in length plus an additional 30 minutes are set aside for questions from your audience, making the entire program an hour and fifteen minutes.

Personal Safety – Learn how your natural intuition can keep you out of trouble and perhaps save your life. Learn to obey your instincts and know what to avoid in a crisis situation. All of us have that ‘sixth sense’, we just need to pay attention to it. As an example, think of all the times you’ve walked in front of that uncovered window at your house during the hours of darkness. You’ve always thought there could be someone “out there” watching me, but never did anything about it. Or the times you’ve been driving down the road on a multilane highway and a car drives up next to you and matches your speed, not going any faster or slower. You start to feel uncomfortable. Why? Or walking across a dark parking lot with “unsavory” people in the area. Again, your body gives you that uncomfortable feeling. Feel funny about getting into an elevator with a lone male already in it? There are many times your inner self talks to you, sometimes several times a day. It’s when you don’t pay attention to yourself that you get into trouble. Police officers listen to themselves dozens of times a day. They constantly monitor the situation around them. They’re thinking, “What are my options should something go wrong, what would I do?”. You can do the same. Learn the key steps to what you should do prior to the emergency.

Identity Theft Prevention – One of the fastest growing crimes in recent years. The money you have in your wallet/purse is not the valuable item it once was. Your identity is more precious to a thief than your cash. Not many of us have $6,000.00 in cash on us at any given time, but that’s the average amount a typical identification thief carves out of the economy each time he strikes. Most of the time the victim doesn’t even realize they’ve been hit until weeks, months or sometimes even years later. Once discovered, they have to take time away from work, get legal assistance, close accounts/credit cards, open new ones and spend hundreds of dollars digging themselves out of the mess. It may take years to overcome. Find out the more popular ways your ID can be stolen, how to prevent it and what to do if you are a victim.

Property Protection – Get the training you need to make your residence more difficult to get in to for any unwanted intruder. In this gripping presentation you’ll learn how vulnerable you really are. Whether you’re attempting to keep out burglars, former spouses, boyfriends or girlfriends, stalkers, etc., this presentation is a must. Everyone knows how to “break” into a house by forcing your way in. All you have to do is kick in a door or break out a window…but, if you know what you’re doing, there are about a dozen ways in which a person could simply walk in your house, as if I had a key...with no forced entry! There are many ways your current security can be violated. The burglars already know this information. It’s you who need to know what they know in order to protect yourself, your property and your family. Being a police officer for over 27 years, I’ve been on many burglary calls, read thousands of reports and gleaned key information from them all. I’ve interviewed countless burglars and discovered many ways to enter your house with no forced entry. Please allow me an opportunity to assist you in making your residence more difficult, more noisy and more time consuming to get into.

Workplace Violence – Learn what your options might be in advance of a bad situation. “Panic” is your worst enemy. Whether it be employer/employee, spouse on spouse or someone simply walking in off the street, violence can erupt at any time. Be prepared. Survive. Little things we take for granted can be huge obstacles in an emergency. Things like dialing 911. Can you dial 911 from your work station when the time comes? Will you be able to? Do you simply pick up the phone and press “9-1-1” or do you have to dial “9” for an outside line then dial 911? See what I mean? Things like where is the nearest exit? If that exit is blocked, where is the next one? Which interior doors have locks on them? Do you work on the ground floor as opposed to the second story, or higher? There are many things that need to be addressed prior to something going wrong.
